When we gather together and feel the individual and collective vibration of sound while chanting, experience the holding and presence of the Divine within this vibration and in the meditative silence in between, we connect to our life force energy, our wisdom and our deep inner truths.
From this safe, sacred, and inspired place we will have the opportunity with thought or by writing in your journal to acknowledge and affirm how you are already manifesting your gifts in the world and how you would like to continue to ignite, support, and live your light into this New Year.
Pre-requisite: Attunement to Reiki Level 1 by an Usui Reiki Master
Pre-registration is required.
Limited to 8 participants.
In this training you will dive more deeply into your practice and understanding of Reiki. You will receive the Reiki Level 2 attunements, three of the Reiki symbols with their mantras, and learn techniques for distance healing and 2 additional modalities to focus and send Reiki energy.
This training allows you to open to deeper emotional and spiritual healing, working within the auric field. During this training we will spend time learning and practicing the Reiki symbols, mantras, and new techniques of distance healing. You will also receive a comprehensive manual and ongoing email and telephone support.
Please bring a lunch or snack, plenty of water to drink, and anything else you’ll need to care for yourself.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a practice that involves tapping on the endpoints of energy meridians in your body which awakens your relaxation response, reduces feelings of stress, and brings a calm, grounded, yet expansive feeling.
This practice can support healing from illness and disease as well as open you to clarity and intuition. Bringing the body out of stress and into the relaxation response allows our immune system to function optimally and our mind to be clear to find solutions to challenges and pathways to peace and joy in life.
We will be tapping with a few existing scripts addressing our universal experiences of stress, struggle and affirmation, as well as impromptu scripts based on your own challenges should you choose to share them anonymously or in person.
