Kirtan is a powerful collective practice that involves the repetition of mantra which consists of sacred sounds calling out to the Divine, to healing energies, the Sun, the Moon, the Earth, the Infinite and recognizing all of this surrounds us, is holding us, available to us, and is right by our side whenever we need that presence and holding. It is also deep within us, always available.
You are not alone. Call out… to the light, to God, Mother Nature, the moon, the sun, the sky, the birds… they are calling out to you, singing to you, and lighting the way for you. Ask to to be held, to be protected, to be guided, to be sustained by that
which is always with you, by your side, around you, within you.
You are not alone. Call out to your friends. Your family. Your sangha. Your community.
Your neighbors. Connect to anyone. Everyone. The gas attendant. The postal carrier.
Spread the light to remind all you encounter... You are not alone.
May we continue to see the ways the universe, God, the Divine and others take care of us.
May we feel held and sustained by this when we need it and inspired to give and share it with others without exception.

This 2 hour session will begin with a meditation to tune into the Reiki energy and then transition into hands on practice with sharing experiences and review of hand positions as well as intuitive practice on tables and chairs.
