Come out for an afternoon of chanting mantra, bathing in the vibration of sacred sound and the shared energy of our amazing community, raising our vibration to be reminded that all Love and Light surrounds you and shines through you.
You are always held by Love and Light and you always have the choice to project your Love and Light. We may not always remember or feel that this is true. But the more we practice opening up to this energy within and around us by deeply looking at each other, nature, ourselves, using the practices of yoga, and reading or listening to dharma (the deep teachings); the more we can surrender to this truth and live from it and into it more often.
Angela will weave together the chanting of sacred mantras, readings to highlight the dharma (from Matt Kahn’s Whatever Arises Love That, Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life, and Gurumayi’s Courage and Contentment), and periods of meditative silence to create an afternoon of refuge, healing, and inspiration.
Our mantras will include: The Hanuman Chalisa, I Wanna Know What Love Is (Selected verses from Sri Argola Stotram), Ang Sang Wahe Guru, and Purnamadah Purnamidam, just to name a few...
