Come out for an afternoon of chanting mantra, bathing in the vibration of sacred sound and the shared energy of our amazing community, raising our vibration to be reminded that all Love and Light surrounds you and shines through you.
You are always held by Love and Light and you always have the choice to project your Love and Light. We may not always remember or feel that this is true. But the more we practice opening up to this energy within and around us by deeply looking at each other, nature, ourselves and using practices like mantra, mudra (hand positions), asana (physical postures), and reading or listening to dharma (the deep teachings); the more we can surrender to this truth and live from it and into it more often.
