Recent past offerings:

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Circle on Zoom

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a practice that involves tapping on the endpoints of energy meridians in your body which awakens your relaxation response, reduces feelings of stress, and brings a calm, grounded, yet expansive feeling.
This practice can support healing from illness and disease as well as open you to clarity and intuition. Bringing the body out of stress and into the relaxation response allows our immune system to function optimally and our mind to be clear to find solutions to challenges or pathways to our peace and joy in life.
We will be tapping with a few existing scripts addressing our universal experiences of stress, struggle and affirmation, as well as impromptu scripts based on your own challenges should you choose to share them anonymously or in person.

Investment $20

Offered on Zoom via Highland Yoga on March 28, 2021.

Inter-being: I am you. You are me. A return to unity. Acoustic Kirtan with Angela Cays.

Chanting mantra opens the door to Interbeing. We chant to connect to our true nature, our highest self, as well as create a space to hold our suffering self and the suffering of the world with love and compassion. We chant to remember the presence of the divine in us, around us, and in each other; recognizing the other in ourselves and ourselves in the other.

This is true for our light and our shadow. We honor the celebrations and joys as well as affirm the hardships and difficulties including our contributions to both. We can use the energy from Kirtan to expand us and inspire us to hold and transform our own suffering as well as the suffering of each other and the collective consciousness. And as we do our own transformative and healing work, we are energized and inspired to do more to help each other and live our gifts into this life for the good of all beings.
“We inter-are. We are here to awaken from our illusion of separateness.” - Thich Nhat Hanh
Investment in you and the collective we $15.

Offered on Zoom via Highland Yoga on January 31, 2021, 2pm.
Offered on Zoom via Naturally Yoga on March 14, 2021, 2pm.

Interrelationship – poem by Thich Nhat Hanh

You are me, and I am you.

Isn’t it obvious that we “inter-are”?

You cultivate the flower in yourself,

so that I will be beautiful.

I transform the garbage in myself,

so that you will not have to suffer.

I support you;

you support me.

I am in this world to offer you peace;

you are in this world to bring me joy.

(from “Call me by My True Names  – The Collected Poems of Thich Nhat Hanh”, Parallax Press, 2005.)
